Welcome to Festuge's new organiser registration
Do you have an event you would like to include in the programme for Aarhus Festival 2025? Then you've come to the right place!
You will be guided through the form to make sure you get everything included. Once you've registered your event, we'll read through it and make sure it's just right. The sooner you register your event, the longer it will be visible to guests on aarhusfestuge.dk.
Aarhus Festival 2025 takes place from 29 August to 7 September.
What's new in the organiser form?
We've made a number of improvements to make it easier and faster to create events:

New organiser account: You now create one organiser account with basic information about the organisation - including contact for ticket purchases and practical information.

Multiple users: You can easily add multiple users to the same organiser account so you can work together on events.

Complete overview: See all your created events in one place - quick and clear.

Auto-fill: Previously entered information such as contact person and location is automatically transferred to new events (can be changed as needed).

AI translation: With one click, you can translate the title and description into English - directly in the form.

Preview function: See how images and videos are presented in the programme before you publish.
...and much more! We've improved both design and usability throughout.
Basically yes, anyone can add their own event to Aarhus Festival.
All you need to do is comply with our rules and regulations for events, which you can read here:
Rules and regulations for events
The deadline for both creating and correcting already created events is 31 July at 23:59.
We recommend that you create your event as early as possible. Events created in April and May, for example, are more likely to be selected as a highlight on aarhusfestuge.dk and thus get extra visibility.
You can edit a published event, but the changes will only be published after we have reviewed and approved the changes. Therefore, there may be some processing time before the update takes effect.
If you create or edit an event in week 28, 29 or 30, it will not be published until week 31 due to summer holidays at the secretariat.
Don't stress - we'll make it!
On the occasion of Festuge's 60th anniversary in 2025, we say: Aarhus Festuge - no age.
"No age" as in 60 years is no age (because 60 is the new 30!).
But also as a desire to explore time - time as history, time as development, time as generations.
With the main theme 'Mind the Gap' in mind, 'Aarhus Festival - no age' is about the time between us. About the time we should share, rather than being separated.
We look forward to creating the Festival with you for the 60th time from 29 August to 7 September 2025 - regardless of age.
